Siemens Energy Manager of Parts Excellence in Painted Post, New York
A Snapshot of Your Day:
The Global Head of Parts Excellence, is a visionary leader ready to make an impact and drive a culture of continuous improvement in our global spare parts' business! The position requires understanding and tackling the main issues affecting our spare parts operations, from quoting to execution and on- time delivery. The successful candidate will lead an international team of professionals, think strategically and operate in a dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to analyze complex data sets, define and monitor performance metrics! Success hinges on collaboration, active stakeholder management, and a steadfast drive for service excellence and customer satisfaction!
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead,encourage and collaborate with executing units and service regions toidentify and prioritize operational issues and growth opportunities
Fostertransparency throughout the entire parts value chain by establishingmeasurable indicators to identify and resolve issues.
Divedeep into the way our manufacturing facilities and service centers operateand drive improvement projects bringing local functions together, andchallenging the status quo and existing processes
Useadvanced data analytics and ignite the potential of artificialintelligence to identify improvement and growth opportunities, setting astandard for business excellence.
Collaboratewith the team to complete and implement projects throughout theorganization generating a sustainable impact.
What You Bring:
ABachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, a related field is required; aMaster’s Degree is preferred.
Aminimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable environment is required;Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior levelrole.
Atleast 3 years of experience as a team leader, with a proven track record ofmotivating and focusing teams towards continuous improvement is preferred.
Exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to build strong internal andexternal relationships is required.
Stronganalytical skills to process complex sets of data.
Abilityto travel domestically and internationally up to 20%

This job may be based in Olean or Painted Post, New York. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. The base salary range for this position in Olean and Painted Post, New York is $75,000 - $125,000 and the annual incentive target is 10%of base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
